Living Trusts have been promoted by the legal profession as a means of avoiding the probate process as well as to eliminate or reduce estate taxes. Unfortunately, it has been our experience that the vast majority of living trusts we review do not meet these objectives.Our goal is to work with our clients and their families to co-create plans that work.
